Description:
Faceting is a surface decoration technique that adds textural interest and instantly elevates basic thrown forms.
We recommend that you be comfortable throwing consistent cylinders to get the most out of this workshop. This three-hour workshop will be full of tips from the instructor, and very demo-heavy. We recommend bringing a notebook and pen to take notes as the workshop progresses.
You will have an opportunity to practice facet skills on pieces you've thrown yourself, in addition to practicing on leather-hard pieces the studio will provide.
Each participant will practice as much as they'd like, and keep 2 pieces at the end of the workshop (ready to pick up 3-4 weeks after class).
Limited interactive seats are available. "Instruction only" seats are available for a reduced cost.

Your spot in class is a space we block off and prepare just for you! Our small class sizes allow for more one-on-one instruction, but that also means cancellations make a big impact.
Workshop materials are prepared 72 hours before class.
- Cancellations made between 72-48 hours before your workshop will only qualify for a 50% refund, unless we're able to re-book your spot.
- Cancellations made later than 48 hours before class will unfortunately be ineligible for a refund.
